Thank you for visiting my Falmouth Road Race® runner site.
As many of you know, my amazing boyfriend Michael was diagnosed with ALS on December 6, 2016. We will never forget that day. ALS is slowly robbing Michael of his speech and swallowing abilities. Although this has been a devastating loss, WE WILL NEVER GIVE UP HOPE. ALS is teaching our family how to appreciate not only each day, but also the miracles that happen every day. Miracles in the form of love we receive from our family, friends as well as complete strangers.
I am excited to be participating in this event to raise funds for Compassionate Care ALS. Raising funds from the Falmouth Road Race will allow CCALS to continue to provide direct services and durable goods to ALS patients, their families, and their caregivers. Please give generously and assist us in making a difference in the lives of those affected by ALS.
