We lost our Nana to ALS 14 years ago and it still is hard for our family to move on from her passing. We watched her battle with this horrific disease and saw her unwavering strength during this fight. She had the kindest heart and could always be there for a good laugh or cry. I miss her every single day and often wish we could just have one more day with her. She shows me that life is short and you need to live your life with kindness and love always. This year I will run this race in honor of how she had a thirst for life and living it to the fullest.

Thank you for visiting my Falmouth Road Race® runner site. I am excited to be participating in this event to raise funds for Compassionate Care ALS.
