Thank you for visiting our team fundraising page for the 2025 Falmouth Road Race to support Compassionate Care ALS!
Six years ago, with your incredible support, my daughter, Sarah and I raised over $10,000 for Compassionate Care ALS (CCALS). This August, we’ll be lacing up our running shoes once again to take on the Falmouth Road Race, and we’re honored to run in support of this extraordinary organization.
But this time, it’s personal.
About a year ago, a dear NY friend of Sean and mine —someone full of life, energy, and kindness—was diagnosed with Bulbar ALS. The news was heartbreaking, and watching this cruel disease impact someone so vibrant has deepened our understanding of just how vital support and care are for patients and their families.
CCALS provides essential services, support, and durable medical equipment to individuals living with ALS and their caregivers. Their work brings comfort, dignity, and much-needed relief during unimaginably difficult times.
