You may be wondering what ODAAT stands for, and I am going to tell you! One of our big mottos throughout Rich’s ALS journey has been all about taking it One Day at a Time. It is so easy to get overwhelmed by this diagnosis. Questioning what the future will look like will send you spiraling into a never ending heap of stress. Our goal from day one has been to slow down, breathe and take things one day at a time. I think this motto is hugely important in all of our lives.
